At GETGLAM, our subscription model is designed to provide you with flexibility and convenience. With our all-inclusive subscription, you can enjoy a wide range of beauty services, including hair, nails, eyebrows, and more, all under the same subscription covers various services to meet your diverse beauty needs. Whether you want a fresh hairstyle, stunning nails, a precise brow shape, or a fresh set of eyelash extensions, GETGLAM has got you covered, all under the same subscription

GETGLAM is a  monthly subscription plan that provides you unlimited access to beauty services at our network of salons. You decide the services, and pick the plan that best matches what you want. After subscribing, you will have access to the services in the selected plan. You may book up to one service a day, and  can have up to two open bookings at any single time. You can see our plans at https://getmyglam.com/subscriptions. All bookings are subject to salon availability. 

Scheduling is designed to ensure that customers can access appointments within a two week booking period. If you are unable to book appointments, please reach out to us at info@getmyglam.com and we'll do our best to help you!

To schedule an appointment with GETGLAM, you must be subscribed to one of our monthly membership plans. Signing up is easy either via the app or on our website, and you can select the right plan for you. Once you have subscribed to a plan, you will be able to view and book services at the salons based on your current location.

For some of the services on the GetGlam platform, you will be required to wait a minimum amount of time before rebooking the same service. We do this to ensure that we're aligning with best practices on how long to wait between repeating a single service. For example, if you just got highlights done, we know that getting them redone the next week is just plain bad for your hair! Rest assured that you can still make a booking, but we'll suggest dates for the booking that allow for enough time between services. 

GETGLAM is committed to your safety and we prioritize maintaining excellent hygiene standards. All the salons in the GETGLAM network are licensed and meet our quality standards.

Yes. Your monthly membership covers the cost of the service but not the cost of tipping your service professional.  Gratuities represent a big portion of the earnings of the service professionals, so if you are satisfied with the service provided, please let your professional know.

You can often browse the profiles of the beauty professionals and where available, will be able to view ratings, reviews, and specialties.  We do our best to ensure that you have the ability to select the beauty professional that you want.  However, please note that we reserve the right to change the service provider if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make it impossible for us to retain the initially chosen service provider.

The platform typically offers a range of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, manicures, pedicures, and more. The services that you will be able to access will depend on the subscription plan that you have subscribed to. The list of services are available upon sign up, and are always available on our website at https://getmyglam.com/services. If a service that you are seeking is not available in the plan that you are currently subscribed to, you will need to upgrade the plan. You need to be enrolled in the plan that offers the services you are trying to book. 

Services that you book through the GetGlam platform are based on signing up for the GetGlam monthly / annual membership and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. You will be billed monthly / annually in advance of being able to access the services. You do not need to make any additional payments for services that are part of your monthly subscription plan.


We accept all types of credit and debit cards ensuring a convenient and secure transaction experience for our valued clients

All appointments must be canceled or changed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations result in a $30 fee and no-shows will result in a $40 fee charged to the payment method on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our schedule and the needs of other clients. Please check the terms and conditions for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and any associated fees.

You can manage your appointments through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service team. Please ensure all cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation/no-show fees.

Yes, after your appointment, you can leave a review and rating for the beauty professional. This helps others make informed decisions.

You are able to have 2 open reservations at the same time. Once you complete a reservation, you are able to create a brand new reservation.

No. Memberships are personal and not shareable, meaning services cannot be shared with others under any circumstances.  We encourage you to review our terms and conditions or contact our customer service for more details on these policies.  

Appointment Approval: We strive to provide the best experience for all clients. The approval process ensures that appointments are viable, taking into account factors like time, product availability, and service providers. This guarantees a high-quality service experience for everyone. Please bear with us during this brief period, as it's crucial for maintaining the quality and fairness of our services.

At GETGLAM, we make every effort to accommodate special requests from our clients. However, the feasibility of these requests depends on factors such as space availability and provider schedules. To ensure we can meet your specific needs or preferences, please communicate any special requests directly to the salon. You can also reach out via email at info@getmyglam.com .

Upon enrolling in a membership plan, clients gain access to all included services without the option for additions or changes during the current cycle.  Clients cannot customize their plans or request personalized services beyond the standard offerings. 

All bookings are subject to salon availability. There are no limits on the number of appointments you can schedule on a monthly basis, however you cannot have more than two open appointments at a single time. 

We limit appointments to one service per day to ensure that each client receives dedicated and personalized attention during their visit. This allows our professionals to focus on delivering high-quality services and gives clients the time and care they deserve for each treatment. 

Memberships automatically renew each month on your cycle date. You can cancel your membership at any time either via the app or by emailing us at info@getmyglam.com at least 3 business days before your renewal date.  Please note that your subscription will remain active until the end of the cycle.   After a cancellation request is made you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email from our Customer Experience team. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, your request was not received.

Membership plans at GETGLAM are non-refundable. We encourage clients to stay informed about the type of plan they've enrolled in and any upcoming changes.

To update your payment information, log in to your GETGLAM account, go to the "Membership" section, and find the payment information section on the right side of the page. Update your payment details there.

Unfortunately, there is no option to update billing cycle dates in Membership Settings. Billing cycles begin on the date the membership was first purchased and will continue to auto-renew on that date each month. If you want to change your billing cycle date, you can submit an account cancellation request for the end of your current billing cycle, and then reactivate your account on your desired billing cycle date.  

Certainly! Clients have the flexibility to manage their subscription plans. Simply log into your account, navigate to the "Membership" section, and explore the available subscription options. No, subscriptions are non-transferable and are intended for individual use only.
